Big Second Half Lifts Golden Eagles Past Bobcats
NEW PHILADELPHIA, OH - After controlling most of the first half and holding a five-point halftime lead, the Bryant & Stratton Buffalo Bobcats succumbed to poor shooting and questionably officiating. Mixed in with the home team's hot hand over the final 20 minutes, the Bobcats were unable to leave with their first road win of the season, dropping a 103-82 contest at Kent State Tuscarawas on Friday night.

Mixed in with the home team's hot hand over the final 20 minutes, the Bobcats were unable to leave with their first road win of the season, dropping a 103-82 contest at Kent State Tuscarawas on Friday night.
The Golden Eagles entered the contest ranked 14th in the first USCAA Division II coaches poll, but proved to deserve a much higher ranking. The Bobcats were ranked second in the Division I poll. The Bobcats drop to 2-2 with the loss, while Kent State improves to 4-3.
Kent State did not provide statistics following the game. They will be available shortly.
UP NEXT
The Bobcats return home for a quick turnaroud on Sunday at 2 p.m. against Fisher (MA). The Falcons are 6-3 this season and have won three of their last four. They are a member of the NAIA.
