Snowden Eclipses 1,000 Career Points
BUFFALO, NY - Bryant & Stratton Buffalo senior guard Mick Snowden - who has played his entire career in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) - eclipsed 1,000 career points in an 88-85 road victory over Villa Maria College last Tuesday. Snowden swished an early triple from the right wing to hit the 1,000-point mark. He finished the game with 21 points on 5-of-12 shooting from beyond the arc.

Snowden began his career and played his first three seasons at the College of St. Joseph, a longtime member of the USCAA. Last season as a junior for the Fighting Saints, Snowden appeared in, and started all 27 games, averaging 16.5 points and 38.4 percent shooting from distance. He was second on the team in scoring and put home a season and career-high 40 points.
As a sophomore, he appeared in 24 games, averaging 10.6 points and shooting 37.3 percent from three. His season high was 28. As a freshman, Snowden appeared in 15 gams and started seven, scoring 13.5 points and shooting 46.5 percent from three. His season-high was 29 points with nine made triples.
This season for the Buffalo Bobcats, Snowden has been instrumental in leading the Bobcats to their best start in program history (5-1). He has started all six games and is averaging 13.8 points. He is shooting 41.5 percent from three and scored a season-high 22 points against Point Park on November 16. He has scored at least 20 points in three consecutive games for the fourth ranked Bobcats.
