Bobcats Remain Atop National Poll
BUFFALO, NY - The Bryant & Stratton Buffalo women's basketball team remained atop the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National Poll which was released for the eighth time on Wednesday. It is the sixth straight week the Bobcats have been ranked number one and the seventh week overall.
BUFFALO, NY - The Bryant & Stratton Buffalo women's basketball team remained atop the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National Poll which was released for the eighth time on Wednesday. It is the sixth straight week the Bobcats have been ranked number one and the seventh week overall.
In the program's inaugural season, the Bobcats are currently 18-4 and winners of four straight. They are led offensively by junior Shamecca Minor who ranks fourth in the USCAA in scoring (19.4). Senior Janae Brannon is nearly averaging a triple-double for the Bobcats, scoring 10.1 points and securing 10.4 rebounds. She's also dishing out 9.3 assists.
The Bobcats are 6-2 against NAIA competition and 11-2 against USCAA opponents.
