Pagan, a tremendous person and someone who exemplifies the term "student-athlete," earned the word due to her work in the classroom, on the court and in the community. Pagan grew up as a foster child and to this day, uses her experience to help those in similar situations. She works with young girls that are currently growing up in foster care. She also works with local politicians and officials to help develop programs using her experience to help.
Pagan is also a single mother of a three-year old boy Kyrie. She is a 4.0 student in the classroom and a significant piece of the Bobcats' team on the court. In just her freshman year, Pagan has become everything that Bryant & Stratton Buffalo stands for. Pagan shot 58 percent from the floor and averaged 2.4 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.1 steals.
