Bryant & Stratton Buffalo Introduces New Staff Members
BUFFALO, NY – Bryant & Stratton College Buffalo is proud to announce the addition of several outstanding coaches to its athletic department for the upcoming 2025-26 athletic season. These individuals bring a wealth of experience, leadership, and a shared commitment to excellence both on and off the field.

These individuals bring a wealth of experience, leadership, and a shared commitment to excellence both on and off the field.
Joining the team are:
Ted Oster – Head Coach, Cross Country & Track and Field
Oster is a Long Island, New York native and former distance runner who competed in cross country and track at SUNY Delhi from 2016–2020, helping his team win USCAA national championships in 2018 and 2019. He began his collegiate coaching career at SUNY Delhi in 2020 and most recently coached at Lincoln Memorial University (2023–2025), where he contributed to top-three conference finishes for the women's cross country and indoor track teams. Outside of coaching, he enjoys surfing and training for ultramarathons.
Eduardo Martinez – Assistant Coach, Men's Soccer
Martinez, who is from Newburgh, NY, most recently spent time as a graduate assistant at Buffalo State following a two-year playing career with the Bengals. During his senior season, he appeared in eight games as the Bengals finished 11-5-3, and advanced to the SUNYAC semifinals.
Devon Camel – Assistant Coach, Men's Basketball
Camel, a 2020 graduate of D'Youville University, comes to B&SC after a successful playing career at Medaille College and D'Youville, Camel helped lead teams to multiple playoff appearances, including a 2017 NCAA Tournament berth. He began coaching in 2019, rising quickly through the ranks at D'Youville while contributing to the school's transition from NCAA Division III to Division II. He then transitioned to an assistant coaching and athletics operations assistant at Villa Maria College, where under the leadership of Desmond Randall, helped lead the Vikings to the USCAA I National Title Game in 20204-25. Camel also brings experience from coaching AAU basketball and working youth camps, and is known for his energy, leadership, and passion for mentoring student-athletes.
Victor Arroyo – Assistant Coach, Women's Basketball
Arroyo joins Bryant & Stratton Buffalo after most recently serving as an assistant coach at Villa Maria College. A seasoned coach with over a decade of experience, Arroyo has held roles at the collegiate, high school, and semi-pro levels, including Erie Community College, where he helped lead the men's basketball team to a 28-6 season and a No. 4 national ranking. He's also coached at Mount St. Mary's, Park School, and Williamsville North, and spent four seasons with the Buffalo 716ers semi-pro team. A Lafayette High School graduate and 1,000-point scorer, Arroyo also set the school record with 797 assists. Arroyo is also the founder of Chase the Dream, a youth basketball program at The Belle Center that supports and mentors Buffalo-area youth through the game.
Athletic Director Damone Brown expressed enthusiasm about the new hires:
"We are thrilled to welcome these talented coaches to our team. Their passion, leadership, and commitment to student-athlete development will be a tremendous asset to our programs."
The new coaches are already working with their teams and preparing for a strong season ahead. The school invites the community to meet the coaches during the year.
