"Both Kevin and Litha have shown tremendous leadership qualities which is needed on a first year squard," Parker said. "We are a team made up of primarily freshman so leadership will be key this season."
Williams, a goalkeeper from Bowie, MD, was instrumental in the team's opening win as he made four saves in total, including a penalty kick stop in the second half.
Magonongo, a fellow freshman from East Landon, South Africa, played all 90 minutes on Sunday, helping create multiple scoring chances for the Bobcats.
