BUFFALO, NY - Bryant & Stratton Buffalo couldn't overcome a slow start and a short bench, dropping a home contest on Sunday to Shaw University, another quality opponent ranked in the United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National Coaches Poll.
Shaw held a 14-5 advantage in shots. Buffalo had many opportunities to get on the board in the first half but could not finish the scoring chances, leading to depleted energy later in the game. Goalkeeper Kevin Williams had four saves for Buffalo.
The Bobcats will finish the season on the road with two more regular season games remaining against Word of Life and B&SC Syracuse on October 27th and 29th.
