Bobcats Close out Regular Season at Canisius Alumni Classic
BUFFALO, NY - The cross country regular season came to a close on Saturday as the Bryant & Stratton Buffalo Bobcats competed in the Canisius Alumni Classic held at Delaware Park. The Division I tournament featured one of the best fields Buffalo has ran with all season. Due to injury to a runner, the Bobcats were unable to post a team score but did receive solid showings from it's individuals and were once again led by Zachary Mundy.
BUFFALO, NY - The cross country regular season came to a close on Saturday as the Bryant & Stratton Buffalo Bobcats competed in the Canisius Alumni Classic held at Delaware Park. The Division I tournament featured one of the best fields Buffalo has ran with all season. Due to injury to a runner, the Bobcats were unable to post a team score but did receive solid showings from it's individuals and were once again led by Zachary Mundy.
Mundy finished the 8k with a time of 36:06.8 and a 7:16/mile pace. Swinton Lee was close behind with a time of 37:46.8. Tamir Thompson and Da'Mir Camper rounded out the Bobcats squad as they finished with times of 46:31.4 and 48:48.6 respectively.
The Bobcats will have a few weeks off before they participate in the USCAA National Championships in Chesapeake, VA on November 11th.
