Men's Cross Country Releases 2023 Schedule

BUFFALO, NY - The Bryant & Stratton Buffalo men's cross country team announced it's 2023 schedule on Tuesday afternoon. The team will participate in six events during the upcoming fall season which begins on September 2nd.

"This year's schedule features some familiar races, along with some fresh ones as well," Interim Head Coach and Director of Athletics Damone Brown said. "We had a very successful season last year which featured a team win and many individual accolades. Our guys are in shape and ready to improve this season."

The Buffalo Bobcats will get things started at the 15th Annual Meghan Memorial hosted by Hilbert College on September 2nd at 9:45 am on the Hilbert Trails in Hamburg, NY. B&SC competed in the race last year and finished fourth as a team.

Next up is the Daemen Alumni Invitational, hosted by NCAA Division II's Daemen University. The event begins at 10 am at Bassett Park in Williamsville, NY. The Bobcats also competed in this last season, finishing sixth.

Closing out September is a new race, the Penn State Fayette Invitational on September 23rd in Furnace, PA. Opening October is another new race hosted by Houghton University, the Highlander Invitational. That race is set for an 11 am start.

The following week the Bobcats will head down I-190 for the Canisius Alumni Classic, an NCAA Division I race on October 14th. They will then end the season at the USCAA National Invitational on November 12th to be held again at Penn State Fayette.

This year's squad returns all five runners from last year, featuring team MVP Zachary Mundy. Rounding out the squad is Malik Jean-Jacques, Tamir Thompson, Da'Mir Camper, and Swinton Lee.
